Aw, what an adorable little leaf! Someday I'd love to grow lots and lots of lavender. I bet it tastes just heavenly in your jams. I had a lavender lemonade last summer and it was quite seriously the best lemonade ever.
How wonderful. So many things to make with lavender! And such an adorable photo. Doesn't nature give us so many fascinating photos? A bug heart in a leaf. It shows how much you appreciate your surroundings. I would probably have missed that entirely.
Some days, I want to live in your blog... or your farm. Seriously! Lavender is my favorite, and your photos are just so dreamy.. It's a great little escape visiting your blog, thanks for sharing... :) Flick
I love that lavender thrives here in AZ. My French variety has been blessing me for quite awhile now, bath tub, kitchen even my ice cream maker have all been infected with its glorious scent. Have a lovely lavender weekend.
I just planted my firts lavender bushes this year...so exciting...and how cute is that leaf. Oh...and about the chickens...most start laying between 5-7 months old...but lay best at bewteen 1-2 years old.
The photo of your daughter with lavenders is beautiful... Your blog and these lovely pics make me yearn for the day I start living full time in a farm :)

Mine has a bit to go too, but the leaves smell lovely when the wind rustles through them. Love it!
