Long Weekend Life...

It`s a long weekend here in BC.

It started out raining which made me so happy.

It hasn`t rained in over a month.

Which may sound great to some of you, but I`m a West Coaster and I need rain.

But the sun came back along with a huge crop of figs.

I`m eating about a dozen a day.

We got in a few nights of `practice`camping before the real deal.

And, I discovered this plus this...

..makes an awesome summer snow cone treat.

Lots of relaxing..

Lots of summer corn..

and LOTS of melted butter.
