Snow on the Ground..

I'm feeling like summer is finally here.
It's still a bit cold, but the peonies and roses are in bloom.

We have had a lot of action at the farm this past week.
A newspaper story about the farm and being organic...

...then a tv crew for the Express on Shaw TV.

But what I've been obsessing over, are the flowers in the garden.

Giant blooms bursting here..

giant blooms bursting there...

giant blooms bursting everywhere.

and after the giggles stop, and they are fast asleep.. I grab my camera and head out.

to see the summer snow.

For a moment I thought that it had snowed!
These white petals are so much prettier!
The girls look so cute and summery in those bright dresses.

Just popped over to get caught up on your blog. It looks like you have been busy. I wish I lived close enough to come over and help out on the farm. Carla

I am sitting here enjoying my Missing Goat Blueberry Lavender jam, waited for the first day of summer to try it. It's amazing.

Saw the newspaper article, they did a great job. When does the TV show come on?

When is the garlic ready? Can't hardly wait...
