No flowers, no cute images of my girl.
This is a simple post of the utmost importance to me.
I cleaned, I prepped, I sterilized, and yes, I rambled like a ninny.
but, in the end, I passed my health inspection for Missing Goat.
Lord, that was stressful.
Let the jamming begin!

Congratulations! What wonderful news. I always think that rambling like a ninny pays off, at least I hope it does, since I do it so often! xo

Maybe you jam sales would not do so well if they thought you had lost a goat in the kitchen?

Congrats! Just found your blog and really like the photos and feeling of it, I´ll be back! :-)
Well done! I used to run a restaurant and health and safety was always nerve-wracking. Not that the place wasn't perfectly healthy and safe, but you'd always be afraid that someone would have overlooked something. Good luck to the enterprising jammer!
Wonderful!!! Great news Heather!
